On December 17,2019,Zhong Ling,deputy director of Fengxian District Judicial Bureau,visited Shanghai BeautyValley law firm for Survey and guidance with her party.
01、律所战略定位、服务理念
钟凌副局长一行参观了上海美谷律师事务所的律所布局和党建文化，听取了上海美谷律师事务所主任汤佳律师就党建、服务社会、服务民生、服务经济、践行公共法律服务等方面的工作开展情况专项汇报，对上海美谷律师事务所全体律师的敬业精神、社会责任意识，律所发展规划、战略定位、服务理念等均给予了高度评价。
Deputy Director Zhong Ling and her party visited the law firm layout and party building culture of Shanghai BeautyValley Law Firm, and heard the special report from Ms. Tang Jia, the director of Shanghai BeautyValley Law Firm, including but not limited to party building, serving the society, serving people's livelihood, serving the economy, and practicing public legal services.Deputy Director Zhong Ling given high praise to the professionalism and social responsibility of all practising lawyers of Shanghai BeautyValley Law Firm, as well as the firm's development planning, strategic positioning, and service concept.02、提高法律素养、恪守法律职业道德
钟凌副局长指出，律师作为中国特色社会主义的法律工作者，一定要提高法律素养、提升服务技能、恪守法律职业道德，积极参与奉贤区公共法律服务，积极服务奉贤经济社会建设，用专业的法律水准，良好的职业操守，为社会各界提供精准优质高效的法律服务。另外，钟副局长强调，包括企业法律服务中心在内的公共法律服务一定要不断总结和不断提炼，实现公益和市场化的有机统一。
Deputy Director Zhong Ling pointed out that as a socialist legal worker with Chinese characteristics, lawyers should improve their legal literacy, service skills, and abide by legal professional ethics, actively participate in public legal services in Fengxian District, and actively serve Fengxian's economic and social construction.By using Legal standards, good professional ethics,lawyers should provide accurate, high-quality and efficient legal services to all sectors of society.In addition, Deputy Director Zhong Ling emphasized that public legal services, including corporate legal service centers, shall be continuously summarized and refined with the aim of achieving the organic unification of public welfare and marketization.
