感恩相伴，携手未来！2019年12月31日，上海美谷律师事务所在汤佳主任律师的主持下召开2019年终总结会议，美谷所全体律师及工作人员参加此次会议，上海商学院的3名实习生列席会议。
Be grateful to be with you and work together to create the future! On December 31,2019,The Shanghai BeautyValley law firm held the 2019 year-end Summary meeting chaired by the Director Ms. Tangjia.All the lawyers and employees of BeautyValley law firm attended the meeting together with three interns of Shanghai Business School(SBS).根据会议议程，汤佳主任对本所2019年的工作进行了全面的总结和客观的评价，汤主任的讲话不仅充分的肯定了2019年所取得的成绩，同时也指出了发展过程中仍然存在的问题，并对2020年的工作提出了指导意见。
According to the agenda, Director Ms. Tangjia gave a comprehensive summary and objective assessment of the firm’s work in 2019. In the speech, Director Ms.. Tangjia not only praised the firm’s achievements in 2019 but also pointed out some shortcomings in the development. Meanwhile Director Ms.. Tangjia provided some guidance on the work for 2020.
随后，高级合伙人陈高乾律师做主题交流，陈律师主要就自己工作需要加强的方面提出反思，并且表示，大家一定要要提高自身的专业水平，这样无论是自身的发展还是律所的未来才会越来越好，才会有机会参加更高级别的市场竞争。刑事法律委员会主任顾跃律师就律师事务所文化建设提出建议，他表示大家可以每人选一个自己感兴趣或者擅长的专题，每天撰写一定数量的文字作品，之后可以将大家的文章做一个汇总，作为美谷所2020年即将出版的书稿。执行主任项方亮律师就业务发展、市场推广、大客户开发、党建工作等做交流发言。
Then Senior partner Mr. Chen Gaoqian made related theme exchange. Mr.Chen mainly put forward reflection on the strengthened aspects of his work, he also implied that all of us should raise our professional level. Only in this way the future of ourselves and Shanghai BeautyValley law firm will be better and better. What’s more, only in this way could we have the chance to compete in the market at a higher level. Afterwards,Mr. Gu Yue,Director of the Criminal Law Commission raised proposal on the culture of law firm. He said that each of us can choose a topic which they are interested in or good at, and then we can write a certain number of words every day. In this way, we can compile into a book in 2020 eventually. Next, Executive Director Mr. Xiang Fangliang made a speech concerning on the business development, market promotion, key account development, the work of Party building.
当晚，我上海美谷律师事务所与上海关天律师事务所共同举办了2020年年会。年会由我长军生律师、上海商学院实习生贾捷颖同学共同主持，晚宴过程中，大家欢聚一堂，共迎2020年的到来。
In the evening, Shanghai BeautyValley law firm and Shanghai Guan Tian law firm co-hosted the 2020 annual conference.Mr. Chang Junsheng(a practising lawyer from Shanghai BeautyValley law) and Miss Jia Jieying(a student from Shanghai Business School)served as the hosts. During the dinner, everyone gathered together to welcome the arrival 2020.
